The Aryans
Most of the Indo- Europeans were NOMADS. They were in BANDS and DOMESTICATED/herded cattle, sheep, and goats. Some of them were warriors and used bronze weapons.
Around 2000 B.C, a DROUGHT or a plague( disease) took the Indo-Europeans out of their homelands. It led to a lot of MIGRATIONS and different groups moved to different regions. The Hittites went to Southwest Asia, and the other Indo-Europeans traveled to Europe.
Around 1500 B.C, a group of Indo- Europeans( Aryans) migrated to the Indian SUBCONTINENT. They became herders, lived in simple houses, and spoke Indo- European which is called " Sanskrit."
When the Aryans entered India, they practiced the religion of the Dravidians , which were the people that lived in India before the Indo- Europeans did. The Dravidians taught the Aryans about how to live in their city and then they mixed their cultures.
